Dan Smolen
Dan is the Executive Producer and Host of What’s Your Work Fit?
He built a successful executive career in marketing and communications before becoming a headhunter and launching The Green Suits, his boutique executive search firm.
Now, he leads What’s Your Work Fit?, a fast growing interactive live show community that helps career professionals at all stages of their work journeys to find their Work Fit, to make work a wonderful part of the day doing other wonderful things.
In early 2024, he became a Founding Member of The Future of Work Alliance, a global collective of entrepreneurs, practitioners, researchers, and writers who are shaping modern work.
Dan lives and works in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C.
Mark Gilbreath
Mark is co-host of the What’s Your Work Fit in the Workplace? Series.
He the Founder and CEO of LiquidSpace which provides companies and organizations access to the largest global marketplace of flexible workspace, including co-working venues, meeting room rentals, short-term office space, and event space.
Mark lives and works in Ketchum, Idaho.
Francis Saele
Fran is co-host of the What’s Your Work Fit in the Workplace? Series.
A veteran of the commercial/office real estate (CRE) space, he is now the Founder and Managing Principal of MorteVita, a commercial real estate and workplace consultancy.
Fran lives and works in Cincinnati, Ohio.
