In the global circle of modern work advocates in which I operate, making work a wonderful part of the day doing other wonderful things is the work fit that we all strive to support.
And DEI is an important framework for all to achieve their work fit.
The Future of Work Alliance's founder, Denise Brouder, is featured in Mia Tran's excellent article on FlexOS. In the piece, Denise supports the Alliance's first published white paper, Building a Humanized and Just Future of Work: DEI Reimagined.
