Visual Learners in the Workplace Benefit from Network Mapping
Seeing the WHERE of workplace helps career professionals discover hidden opportunities for engagement
So-called Visual Learners especially benefit from workplace network mapping.
In this exchange on last week’s What’s Your Work Fit? LIVE SHOW, our guest Atelier Kultur‘s Andreas Hoffbauer, PhD describes the AHA! moments that happen when visual learning workplace professionals uncover connection and engagement opportunities that they see in network mapping.
Here’s why Network Mapping matters:
Perhaps the greatest challenge of the modern distributed workplace is connection, one’s ability to establish alliances, seek and disseminate information, and make lasting friendships. Aided by good and comparable worker and workplace data sets, network mapping can create and uncover actionable opportunities for company growth but also worker loyalty and retention.
Joining in on the discussion with Andreas were What’s Your Work Fit? Executive Producer and Host Dan Smolen and Co-Host and MorteVita Managing Principal Fran Saele.
When we establish workplace connection, we are rendered more effective on-the-job. We also get closer to our own work fit, where work becomes a wonderful part of the day doing other wonderful things.
And when that happens our best days lie ahead.

PLEASE NOTE: We’re taking full advantage of Thanksgiving Week to visit with family and friends, so there will be no live show. Catch our next What’s Your Work Fit? live show on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 with our returning guest and future of work headline grabber Darren Murph. We will ask him: Can Good Systems Stave Off the Infinite Workday?
